Our search for a home in Nanaimo began in a local newspaper, where Rosanna’s listings caught our attention immediately. The photos and descriptions were excellent, but when we followed up on the internet site we were amazed at the quality of the graphic presentation.

Rosanna certainly lived up to our expectations when we met her in person. She was informative and professional, while at the same time good-humored and friendly. She was never pushy or demanding. Our long distance negotiations demanded a lot of her time, but in the end everything went smoothly and we are very happy with our island home.

We would absolutely recommend Rosanna and James to anyone requiring their services. Personally we regard them as the first of many new friends we hope to make in our new home.

We were going to be moving, and decided to list our Nanaimo home with Rosanna Duffy of Coast Realty. She came over and before we knew it she had us signed up, listed, pictures taken, open houses planned, and a virtual tour arranged. Rosanna made selling our home so easy. It actually sold within 5 days of our house being added to the MLS listing site. We were happy that it sold so quickly, as we could then move on, and buy another home. A bonus was her husband James helping us, as we had arranged to have new countertops installed, but did not have time to complete the back splash. James did a great job. A few words about the service I received when buying my condo. Rosanna happened to be on duty in the office the day I was looking for a realtor. She provided me with very good service. Rosanna wasn’t pushy or in a hurry in any way. Rosanna expressed her opinions of course, but I could tell that her main concern was that I got what I wanted. She also provided me with free handyman service which enabled me to get the ceilings painted in my condo before I moved in.

The search for condo was not long or difficult. Everything went smoothly. I can only speak from my experience that Rosanna is a feeling, thinking person. She wants to do a good job and is concerned about her clients. I would use her again, and tell anyone I know, about her.
